THERE IS A DOOR TO KNOCK ON – TESTIMONY OF ANDREAS
In the summer of 2021, Andreas could not find a way out of the difficult situation in his life in any other way than to go and knock on the door of the Home of Hope. Siimon Haamer went to meet him at the door. The result of the subsequent conversation and intercessory prayer was that today Andreas has completed his bachelor’s studies in theology and is preparing to become a pastor one day.
In this video Andreas himself tells how everything happened, how his journey has continued since then and what is his background.
24-HOUR PRAYER CHAIN ON OCTOBER 19th
We recognize that prayer has power, and especially when many people pray together. Believing in this, we are organizing a 24-hour prayer chain on October 19. Many people in Estonia, who consider Home of Hope as one of the very important centers of mission work in Estonia, have covered the whole day with 30-minute prayer times. We also invite you to pray together with us on October 19. You don’t have to register anywhere, just choose the time that’s suitable for you and take some time to pray.
Here are prayer topics:
- Praise God that by His grace the Home of Hope has been established.
- Praise God that he has allowed so many initiatives to come to fruition in the Home of Hope and has given his blessing to all this work.
- Pray for continued blessing on all the work done in the Home of Hope.
- Pray blessings to all the people who have given their donation for the establishment of the Home of Hope.
- Pray God to touch hearts so that with the help of many people’s gifts it will be possible to pay off the mortgage by November 15th.
- Pray for all employees and volunteers who contribute to the activities of the Home of Hope.
- Pray for both Estonian and American church, nation and their revival.
BECOME A PLANTER
During last week the balance of the mortgage has started to decrease noticeably. We are very grateful to the many people who pray for us and help us get closer to our goal with their gifts.
Please help us to finish Home of Hope establishment and to continue this work.
NOVEMBER 15, 2024 is the due date of the mortgage.
I got a question about wheter we have some extra time after the due date that we will still be able to pay it off without penalty? I’m sharing my answer you all.
We have a flexibility with mortgage payment. I have said to the lender that it takes some time until I’ll get information about all last moment donations and then also we need some time to get money wired to Estonia. The lender takes this special situation into account and is flexible. We have time to make payments until the end of this year without any penalty.
